Planning Preventive maintenance and defect detection
We develop and implement projects for fault monitoring and prediction equipment (namely by the use of non-destructive testing, dedicated probes and monitoring equipment).
The development of equipment for preventive maintenance and/or fault prediction is fundamental to guaranteeing the safe and efficient operation of industrial equipment. This equipment is designed to be dedicated and customized according to customer applications, using non-destructive testing techniques and equipment. With this development, or by selecting the best equipment already on the market, we aim to help companies develop the best solutions to minimize failures and reduce downtime due to unscheduled maintenance. To do this, we use non-destructive testing techniques such as ultrasound, induced currents and thermography, among others, to assess the structural integrity of equipment and identify possible faults such as cracks, corrosion, wear and tear, among others.
The solution is customized to each client’s needs, taking into account the specific characteristics of each piece of equipment and its operational requirements. To do this, a detailed study is carried out of the client’s needs and the equipment to be assessed, including the definition of the measurement points, the parameters to be assessed and the testing techniques to be used. Different types of probes and sensors, when applied along the production line, make it possible to measure the performance of the equipment.
